After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and another email with your tracking information once the package is sent.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are prepared the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For national shipments, if delivery fails twice, the package will be redirected to the nearest pickup point.

GAZELLE® is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

During product launches, Black Friday, or Christmas, delivery times may experience slight delays.
