Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective on the day of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing gazellestudiomadrid@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
